LOCATION: Conveniently located only 3 blocks away from the Nevsky Prospekt, Russ Hotel can be positioned at the bottom of the Standard Hotels category. Among its advantages are good location and affordable price. On the down side - worn out and small rooms (with small beds) and plain dining facilities. Russ Hotel boasts such little conveniences as sauna, currency exchange and souvenir kiosk.
