LOCATION: Situated in a historical building dating back to the XVIth century, the hotel offers an extremely quiet and serene environment. Initially a religious school for Jesuits, the Cloister saw its function changed over the centuries to a military hospital, and a home for the elderly.

After a thorough renovation in 1990, the building is now a prominent cultural center and a four star hotel. Rooms and facilities are found both in the ancient cloister, and in the splendid modern extension designed by the famous French achitect from Nouvel.
ACCOMMODATION: 80 rooms and suites. The spacious rooms, all furnished in a contemporary design, are located in the Cloister and in the extension completed in 1991. This modern wing is the work of the world-famous French architect Jean Nouvel.
The majority of the rooms are overlooking the Cloister courtyard (superior rooms and suites) or the peaceful garden (rooms standard jardin). The hotel is an oasis of tranquility, despite the proximity of the City centre.

RESTAURANT: Le Saint Louis is located in the heated gallery overlooking the magnificient Cloister courtyard. Whichever the season, you will enjoy the splendid view of the XVIth Century facade and the 200 year old plane trees.
The restaurant serves traditional French and provençal dishes. Our Chef likes to use the locally produced ingredients and fish from the nearby Mediterranean. Our restaurant manager and his staff provide you with an efficient and discreet service.
