24-h brasserie and dance terrace (From 6 pm to 11 pm)
The Coffee shop offers all day dining with emphasis on International buffet serving Cambodian, Chinese, western and Japanese specialty. The buffet shall incorporate fix buffet line and stall concept especially for the Japanese corner in which serves specialty like Tempura, Sushi, Sashimi and Ramen. The main buffet line will serve a mixture of Cambodian, Chinese and international western fares with emphasis on health food such as organic grown vegetables. In the evening dining will include a Modern and traditional Cambodian cultural dances on the Coffee House terrace. The International buffet will again feature stall concept with emphasis on Cambodian specialty. Hotel guests will be invited to participate in photo shop session with our dancers whom will act as goodwill Ambassadors for Cambodia. The cultural dancers will be available for photo shot session from 6 pm onward. The Coffee House will also carry a small international a la carte menu which will feature local as well as international favorites.

Bar Lounge (From 10 am to 11.30 pm)
The international bar lounge shall incorporate in its concept a Cambodian musical team whom will entertain guest with traditional Cambodian classical music. Apart from serving drinks, the music lounge will carry a small snack menu for all day dining. The music lounge will also serves international cocktail both alcoholic and non alcoholic.

Poolside terrace (From 6 am to 6 pm)
The poolside terrace will serve hot and cold beverages as well as a small a la carte poolside menu that will feature international selection with emphasis on Cambodian and Japanese cuisine. The pool measures 20 meters X 20 meters and is suitable for relaxing swim and diving. The will be internationally trained lifeguard on duty for your convenience during your relaxation.

Indonesian Spa Concept (From 10 am to 11pm)
This Indonesian concept spa brings the traditional “Tndonesian Jamu” or Indonesian organic herbal treatment for a traditional scrub, aromatic oil and spices to pamper you during your relaxing massage, herbal spa therapy or simply a beauty treatment. This Indonesian concept will include steam and sauna as well as herbal Jacuzzi for your total relaxation in the spa. The Indonesian spa concept was made famous by the variety of spa treatment available on the Balinese island. We bring this unique concept to you in Cambodia. The Indonesian spa will also carry a health food menu base on Indonesia health cooking.
