LOCATION: Located at the mouth of the charming Animas Valley in Durango, Colorado, the Iron Horse Inn is the perfect hotel for every occasion. Our unique bi-level suites are the only ones of their kind in Durango. Spacious yet private, they can perfectly accommodate any type of traveler.
ACCOMMODATION: Our bi-level suites offer one of the most comfortable stays available. The standard suite offers a queen-size bed upstairs in an enclosed loft with a double bed downstairs. Unlike normal hotel rooms, in our rooms the beds are not visible from one another so everyone has a true sense of privacy. The trackside suites are the same inside as the standard, but out the front window you have a breathtaking view of the Animas Valley behind the Iron Horse as well as the historic Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad as it rumbles by.
Family suites are furnished with two queen-size beds and one full bed, all upstairs, with a standard couch and microwave downstairs in the living room area. The family suite also has the added convenience of bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs.

HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES: At the end of the day you can relax in a large indoor heated pool, hot tub, or sauna, all of which are open from 10am till 10pm daily. The patio just outside the pool is a great place to get some sun, relax with friends, or enjoy an outdoor meal on a beautiful Colorado day.
