Each one, two, three or four bedroom Standard, Deluxe or Premier condominium features a wood-burning fireplace, private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping and the little touches expected of upscale lodging.
Condominiums are rated Standard, Deluxe or Premier by an independent rating service based strictly on interior décor without regard to view, location or other factors. Standard units are of good quality. Deluxe units are considered "Gant quality" and meet high standards of décor, design harmony and upkeep. Premier units are of exceptional quality, representing a significant owner investment in design, décor and materials. |
HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES:The Gant offers the only full-service conference center supporting a condominium property in Aspen or Snowmass. Expanded and beautifully remodeled in 1998, the facility is the finest and most well-equipped conference facility in the region.
The Aerie Lounge is an ideal spot for receptions and other casual social events. In summer, the room flows into the outdoor Upper Terrace creating a beautiful indoor/outdoor environment. The Conundrum Room, with abundant windows and natural light, is a favorite for small meetings and breakouts. The East and West Maroon rooms combine for general sessions or divide into smaller rooms to fit your needs.
