RESTAURANT: Overlooking the Caribbean Ocean you will enjoy a wonderful a la carte breakfast, lunch or delicious dinner. The Hotels restaurant is open from 07:00 till 22:00. Overlooking the Great Bay Beach and the boardwalk. Its a perfect place for people watching while you enjoy some of the finest Caribbean and international cooking.
Try the large USDA. cut tenderloin steak or go on a more local style west Indian fish pot with curry and coconut. Lobsters are available and will be prepared the way you like them , broiled, thermidor or American style. Of course there are also a couple of classic Dutch traditions available. like the famous"bitterballen" which are served with mustard and usually taken while drinking a lot of beer.
