Designed by Biba founder Barbara Hulanicki, who designed the Marlin, the Kent and Compass Point, its 25 cottages are secluded in the midst of lush foliage and decorated in a mix of styles—Moroccan, Indian and Balinese. It’s a very sensual and relaxing place. It occupies the only stretch of beach on Harbour Island. From the louvered Blue Bar, the sand is an expanse of creamy pink. The water graduates from teal to navy blue. And the air is always rippling with the sound of birds. It’s the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a personal retreat.
