ACCOMMODATION: On ground floor: living and dining room with television. Kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, gas cooker etc... Toilet and a small terrace.

First floor: 1 air-conditioned double room and 2 single rooms with fans. Separate bathroom with and toilet.

Second floor: 1 master air-conditioned double room with attached bathroom and toilet. No telephone available in the villa.

Public beach, 3 and 4 star hotels, bus stop, telephone booth, restaurants, supermarkets, bank, casino and shops nearby. Facilities available: Maid thrice a week, common swimming pool and 24-hr security.
